Power circles friggin’ ROCK!
I want you to start thinking about power circles.
You’ve probably heard, including from me, that you need to be really picky with the kinds of friends (of the love and/or shopping kind) you let into your life, and make sure that your choices honour your need for love, companionship, sex, whatever it is that makes you feel content. All true.
This isn’t about them, that’s just a no brainer to connect your choice of friends to what makes you feel good.
The power circles I’m talking about are not full of your besties that will come over at 4 am to eat ice cream and cry over your latest disappointment in life or with your man or woman-love.
And they’re not about the business tycoons that will help you make a million bucks in a year, and probably charge you a shit load for their time. Power circles are not a just another class where you learn a skill.
And they’re not about the masterminds that are popping up all over the place to support women as they start and grow their biz. Power circles are not focussed solely on biz.
BTW, I’m not dissing any of the above, they all do something to meet our needs. I’m taking about something different.
I’m talking about creating a powerful circle of women who will help you kick your own ass.
Look for women who you can share yourself with…
Your dreams, craves, the kind of woman you want to be, good and bad loves, good and bad decisions, interfering moms that you still love to death, successes and smack downs. All of it, all of you.
And will share their’s right back.
Women who know that we hold an incredible amount of power down in our deep core, and that using that power means letting some of yourself hang out for the world to see, in all it’s friggin beauty. And yes, the stuff that hangs out has been referred to as your lady balls.
Those women will have your back, will totally get how scary growth and change can be, and still hold you to what you really want.
It’s a group of like-minded, there-by-total-intention babes.
And the intention is to be real, be human, and get your shit done.
That’s how we grow, that’s how we make change in our lives and in the world.
By getting our shit done as the women we truly are.
