CERTAINLY BOWLING COACHES DON’T GET QUESTIONED ABOUT THEIR DISCIPLINE, BECAUSE IT’S RELATIVELY STRAIGHTFORWARD —THEY COACH BOWLING.

On the other hand, the term “life coach,” isn’t so cut and dry and painfully obvious because it’s not something that everyone’s heard of.

That said, it’s certainly something everyone should check out.

THE SUGAR-FREE VERSION OF WHAT WE DO?

A life coach is someone who’ll figure out your shit with you and whip up a plan of action in alignment with your desires and then (gently) hold you prisoner until you take that action…and achieve what you WANT.

Some might call them goals, but “goals” is such an annoying word. However, if they move you from here to there, they’re important all the same. And this, right here, is your chance to become accountable to someone other than YOU in every area of your life — whether it’s your personal or professional situation, your health, your relationships, or your newly sprouted obsession with kale.

Because sometimes, it’s nice to have someone else to lean on.

Crave More Life

It’s nice to have someone else looking out for you. It’s nice to have someone else vested in your best interests. Hell, it’s nice to have someone else—period.

I, of all people, am living proof of how life coaching can turn everything around. In the past, I’ve felt ‘stuck’, too —immobilized by circumstances and scared shitless into inaction because of the unknown. But when I finally made the conscious decision to choose me and my happiness, everything began to fall into place. (Tough work but so worth it, seriously.)

I also know this much — you’re unhappy and you’re craving change. You know your life won’t transform overnight, but you’re ready to put your big-girl panties on, show up, and do the work.

If you’re ready to take back control and be the person you always envisioned yourself to be (remember her?), then let’s talk.

A quick plea here — please only hire me if you’re serious about changing things up and moving forward with your life.

That might seem like an odd thing to say — if you weren’t serious about change, then why would you be here? But some of you, if you’re honest, subconsciously prefer to STAY stuck in a funk — maybe you’re addicted to the constant drama of your relationships, or the stability of your soul-sucking corporate job that pays you on the last day of every month.  Or maybe you’re just afraid of what’s on the other side.

Honestly, it’s not that I don’t have a serious amount of love for you, but if you like where you are, then you’ll stay there. And there ain’t nothin I can do about it.

On the other hand, if you’re ready to get to work, things are about to start to get interesting, FAST.

Go ahead and email me if you want more info or check out  the programs I offer.
