Here’s what I know for sure…
- Feeling crappy is not a statement about your self-worth. It’s a state of mind when we forget to listen to our Inner Goddess and work what’s important to us.
- Feeling crappy comes from learning some time ago to put ourselves and our needs after those of others. When we stop paying attention to our understanding of who we are from our Inner Goddess out, we stop get our own needs met.
- Feeling crappy doesn’t go away by ignoring it. Nor will it go away with age, with more money, or with that boob job. Putting aside your crappy feelings may seem to work in the short term but is never sustainable.
So here’s my question for you….
