Liz has over 30 years of experience as a coach, counsellor and art therapist. A true pioneer, she’s developed many highly respected, groundbreaking psycho-educational and therapeutic programs for her own practice and for health centres across the nation. She was also an adjunct professor at George Washington University and played a pivotal role in a longitudinal study focused on public health for the NIH through Georgetown University’s Center on Health and Education. 

Bio: With certifications in mindfulness practices, energy medicine and bio-energetics, Liz uses multiple modalities in her integrative practice. Her unique approach is influenced by her deep understanding of the more subtle energies of the body and archetypal psychology. Above all, Liz is committed to creating an integrative, whole-system approach which helps her clients meet their full potential by connecting with their true purpose, putting that purpose into action and healing blocks to growth. She is the creator of Divorce Well and Thrive®; The Healing Journey, The Women’s Series, and leads many other transformational retreats. Her most recent program, Enlightened Communication Through Luminous Living, transforms the way individuals and organizations interact and communicate to help them achieve their goals in even the most high-stakes situations.
