This episode of the Roadshow welcomes guest Pat Perrier, author of Chapter 6 in Vol 3 of the Ultimate Guide to Self healing series called Inhale, exhale, Repeat, Breath for the Health of It.
Yoga teacher, studio owner, writer, bookworm, baker… Pat has a pretty colourful background. She is a mom of 2 adult sons; a wife; and a creative person who loves to work with teams and individuals to gather the collective energy in the room. In her spare time, Pat is a knitter and a musician.
She grew up as the eldest child; was the first one in her family to go to college, though she finished as an adult. Pat got her MA and then finished off her MBA. She is a yoga teacher who specializes in Yoga for Healthy Aging. Pat believes that we have one precious life and the best thing we can do for ourselves and our family is make the most of it.
Her classes include Basic Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Flow Motion. Pat teaches with an emphasis on functional movement. “Move it or lose it” isn’t just a catchy saying; it’s an essential part of who we are as humans and includes our brain as well as our body. Pat is a life-long learner and is in the midst of her 500-hour yoga certification and always looking for new tools to bring to her students.
