The woman who is declaring Crave More Life Coaching as an essential service to women.

I seriously am, and it’s because I know it’s hard out there.

I know you’re under immense pressure to manage the new normal with your head held high. I know you’re a helper that can’t do a damn thing about fixing it all or being right there for people you love. I know that if you experience anxiety and big time stress normally, your feelings are compounded 10-fold.

I also know that you’re the last person you want to worry about right now. The house could be in flames, or there could be a global pandemic that threatens the health and well being of every single person around you, and you would still be by their side before thinking of yourself. Oh ya, the last one is true.

But we’re women, we’ve got this…right? Yes? No? Maybe?

As a random person once so eloquently said “You can’t lift someone up when you’re drunk as easily as you can when you’re sober.” Don’t worry, I’m not saying to get rid of your substance of choice if that’s your jam.

I’m saying I get it, and I want to support you up the Covid wazoo so you can do your thing, whatever that is.

Free Zoom Wine Parties: We women need to be heard. Hour-long get togethers on Zoom are happening every week ( Fridays at 4 pm EST) until further notice. We’ll sip wine or your bevy of choice, jam on different de-stressing techniques, Q&A time, and hang with other women in the same boat. Send me topics you want to gab about and I’ll pen them in. And, if you have a special de-stressing skill and are prepared to share it, tell me that too. Free Online Coaching: Launching this puppy early! We start with your current Covid concerns and we’ll go back and forth once a week for 4 weeks in a private coaching Google document created just for you. Since this one is super time consuming on my part, I need to limit it to 2 people a month, then it will open up again. Great for women who have schedules that don’t allow for much time to themselves and I expect the spots will go quickly. Register here.

*Pay What You Can Coaching through Covid Groups: Targeted coaching with no more than 4-6 women via Zoom to help you manage the day to day issues related to Covid like whole woman care, managing your worry, relationships and communication. The groups will go on for 4 weeks in a row, then repeat.
