Karin DesChamp B.A. B.Ed is an unapologetic author, yoga gramma, and sassy survivor! With an educational background, teaching has been her passion that she has added healing to since retiring from her career as an educator and administrator. Practising yoga for over twenty years and now teaching, Karin guides those 50 years plus in Seated Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, a Gentle Hatha Yoga on the Mat, and Laughter Yoga, modifying postures and poses for injuries or chronic conditions to improve functional living skills. She is a Certified Ageless Grace® Educator and a Therapeutic Touch Practitioner.
