Barbara M. Bustard is the author of Chapter 23 in Vol 1 of the Ultimate Guide to Self-Healing series titled Guided Art Therapy: The Clay Meditation Ball, and of Chapter 10 in Vol 3 that Barbara called Doodling: The Healing Power of Your Pen.
Barbara Bustard also wrote The Art of Healing, 12 Step by Step Meditative Art exercises for Improved Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Well-being. She is an artist, teaching artist, and the founder of Art for Body Mind and Soul.
A graduate of Notre Dame University of Maryland, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Studies and Art, as well as a Diploma in Color Therapy, and Certificates in Art Therapy for Self-Healing, and Art Therapy for Self-Expression. Her mission is to promote the use of art for the benefits it provides for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and the healing process. Barbara is also an Inter-Faith Minister and Wedding Officiant.
