In her words: I am seeker and cultivator of gratitude, beauty and wisdom. I love to travel, to learn new things; I care deeply about people who are open and eager to learn. I love to move my body and be immersed in nature. I cherish my morning practice of meditation and prayer and I delight in washing food from our garden and creating flower arrangements. I love to spend time with my family – my husband, two boys, a stepdaughter and her young family, along with our canine fur baby. I love looking below or beyond the surface of people or things to uncover the pearls of wisdom, the motivation, and the sacredness of life. I enjoy taking photos and journaling about midlife challenges and the blessings often found by acknowledging the extraordinary in the ordinary.
