In honour of Valentines Day, the day of love, I offer this message from my heart to yours.
Sit with it, personalize it, embody it’s essence. These words weren’t meant just for me. They were meant for the loved, the unloved, the voiceless, the voice-full and the ones in between.
Remember that inside of us, there lives a love that matches no other.
See it, hold it, don’t let it go…ever.
This is me in full self. I am my own truth.
I am free, I am whole, I am love. My choices are mine and only mine.
I am my own validation. I listen, I align and I act.
My action is in trust of whatever I am called to do. Who I am is predetermined only by my authenticity to myself.
I am who I am and I am no less. Guidance is real and as tangible as the thoughts in my head and the knowing of my heart.
They are reminders that I am good. Reminders of what I’m here for.
I can always choose good. I don’t have to falter.
I use my voice. The voice that often wants to hide from judgement.
I can love throughout my choosing and being. Deep love for self is here, it never left and will never abandon me.
I am limitless. I am brave enough to embrace my own potential, even when others don’t approve or understand.
My voice is me. It brings me home.
