I’m excited. And when I get excited, I do two things. I talk a lot and I laugh a lot. Not so bad really, huh? It could be way worse! Here’s what’s exciting me right now!

The upcoming publication of Find Your Voice, Save Your Life 4: Transcendent Men, Real Stories. And if you don’t know what transcendence means to you or to the rest of the world, first you’re not alone, and secondly no worries, you’re gonna get it as soon as you read the amazing, thoughtful, self-connected and self-honouring accounts of the lives and personal growth of the contributing authors. You will NOT be disappointed, I promise you that! I’m going to keep you in the loop of course, but watch for this men’s book to come into print early August on Amazon and on my website for presale now at  http://www.cravemorelife.com/books.

Certified FYV Healers Training. Yay! It’s back for another run! 9 people walked away from the last training as Certified FYV Healers, ready and able to support their clients with a trusted model of embracing authentic true self-expression. In other words, ignoring the influential outer bull and being themselves. Plus those healers were easily able to integrate the model into their own practice or to work their own version of magic into the model. Either way, it’s a powerful, effective connection in service to others. The coolest part for me? Seeing that not only did the model teach healers how to support other humans to find and use their voices, it also helped those healers to strengthen their own voices. A heartful bonus! Message me at dianna@cravemorelife.com for more info and I will keep you in the loop too for the registration link coming soon.

What is using your voice anyway?

First, I’ll tell you what it’s not because that’s where so many people go when they think about using their voice.

It’s not flipping the bird or yelling at a lousy driver through your windshield.

It’s not talking about someone behind their back because they did something you thought was weird or rude.

And it’s not that chest pump thing that you see guys do during a conflict in sports.

What’s using your voice then?

It’s pure self-expression of more than just words crossing your lips.

It’s knowing yourself and what you need to be content, better than you know your own shoe size.

It’s having a whole-hearted desire to honour and align with your inner self.

It’s what I teach and intuitively coach, both 1-1 and in groups, and I would love to work with you, or your group if you have one.

You don’t have to hold your tongue, be seen and not heard, or be that version of the guy that punches it out.

You can make choices, conscious choices, that work for you in all ways.

Let me know if you want to have a conversation about how this kind of inner work can impact your life. Hit reply and you’ll find me.

Cause life’s kinda short, right?
