In last weeks message, that I always assume you read over having your morning coffee 😀, I mentioned that I had been going through a transformation over the past couple of years.

Truthfully, there have been many. Life has been a constant source of transformation for me. And even though there were times when I would wonder “Why didn’t I see that earlier?”, I think the timing of my learning has been purposeful. I was meant to draw on all my life experiences to be the woman I am, with all my ebbs and flows, to be who I know I am in any given moment.

And I think that’s true for all of us. Think about it, it’s like our lives are made up of snippets of opportunities to figure out our shit and become consciously aware of what we need to do to feel good about ourselves and our relationships.

Yet, sometimes we don’t grasp the opportunity, see the lesson that comes with big experiences or even small ones. You wouldn’t go back to the same restaurant that you developed food poisoning from, right? You would have made a conscious decision to not expose your body to that risk again. And you’re probably really clear about what charities you like to support over others, right? You choose the ones that resonate with you, unless you are wealthy enough to support them all!

What if you applied that same consideration to everything happening in your life?

Did I just hear you say Whoa? It’s really not that big of a deal to take on, honest!

What do you understand about why you’re so agitated by that colleague during work meetings (that may not happen in person anymore but are forever saved in Zoom recordings), and what can you do to adjust so you don’t feel that agitation?

What do you understand about why you ignore your own body’s calls for rest and relaxation, and what can you do to start honouring your precious body?

What do you understand about why you just can’t say what you really want to say (really, really want to say) and what can you do strengthen that part of you that needs some back up?

Every experience, good or not so good, is a chance to become more aware of who we are and to up level or transform our own precious existence.

Sit, meditate or journal if that’s your things, and contemplate whatever comes up for you. Ask your heart to guide you.

And just so you don’t forget, THIS is kicking your own ass.

We’ll do it together.

XO Dianna
